In March 2019, La Péronnelle had the opportunity to fly to Vancouver to show her new Fall/Winter collection during the Vancouver Kids Fashion Week.

What a challenge we chose to tackle!

I say "we" for I would never have made it without the complete support from my friends and family. They endured all my ups and downs, letting me work more than full time to finish in time.

A huge thank you to all of you who participated to the crowdfunding campaign. Without you I would definitely not have made it there! Thanks to you I bought all my raw materials to create the collection and the plane ticket for me and my two suitcases full of little clothes.

D-day

When arriving at the event, everything went smoothly thanks to the reactivity, the smiles of the VKFW gang and the laughs of the kids. I would like to high five the whole team and my wonderful models who all acted perfectly and were the best team players.

I had the biggest inner laugh when all kid models decided to choose their own outfits and were very specific on colors and type of clothes. One of them would only wear red! But afterall, what to expect from 2 to 3 and a half years old in their "defiant time" of their cognitive development?
